MK Technologies ZeD Scale Systems represent the culmination of decades of motorsport and engineering experience. Developed in consultation with race teams, ZeD scales feature zero compression and no tilt of the scale top, delivering flawless repeatability of chassis measurements, regardless of where the weight is positioned on the pad. From the center of the pad to the extreme edges, our ZeD Scales deliver perfect measurements every time.

Just how accurate is the ZeD? With no vertical deflection or pad tilt, the multiple load cells in each pad ensure repeatable accuracy of 0.1 lb anywhere on the pad surface. While maximum load on a standard pad is 1000 pounds, MK Technologies can build a custom scale system for you to meet any capacity required.

MK Technologies provides two models of the ZeD Scale Systems. The ZeD 2.2 Scale System is our flagship product in quality scale pads and can be operated from your Android or IOS mobile devices. The ZeD 2.2 Scale System with Wireless extension are targeted at teams looking for extremely accurate and reliable results with every measurement.

The ZeD 1.4 Scale System represents the most sophisticated evolution of our earlier scale system product line. Well know for it’s durability, portability and accuracy, yet the ZeD 1.4 is available at very attractive price levels. The ZeD 1.4 Scale System does not support wireless operation.

ZeD App – Wireless Operation from your Mobile Device

The MK Technologies ZeD 2.2 Scale System can be operated wirelessly from the convenience of your Android or IOS mobile device. Our ZeD Wireless Scale System consists of a free downloadable ZeD Scale System App for installation on your Android or IOS device (phone or tablet) and includes four wireless radio modules which communicate with the app on your device.

If you do not have a compatible Android or IOS device to operate your ZeD Wireless Scale System, MK Technologies can provide one for an additional fee.

The ZeD Wireless Scale System app is freely available as are all subsequent updates. Stay up to date by simply downloading the latest release of the ZeD Wireless app.

One feature of note is that you can use the app on different devices to control the scales. The scale calibration remains with the radios, not the app, that send the weight information to your device, making mobile device replacement a snap. In addition, the system only allows one device to connect to the scales at a time ensuring the integrity of your setup information.

ZeD 2.2 Scale System

This triangular shaped model of ZeD scale pad is designed for use with set up wheels. We use three load cells in these pads and each includes leveling feet and an integral carrying handle. There is a hard “bowtie” shaped surface built into the top that is capable of withstanding the concentrated loads from setup wheel bearings. ZeD 2.2 scales are super easy to level.

ZeD 1.4 Scale System

This rectangular (or square) model of ZeD scale pad can be custom sized to your specs. We use four load cells in each pad for maximum accuracy and repeatability.
